Privacy

We collect the account details you submit (name, email) to create a Supabase-authenticated seat, plus billing identifiers from Stripe when you subscribe. Broker API keys are encrypted server-side and are never returned in full to the browser. Session cookies keep you signed in on this workstation. We do not sell personal data. To request deletion or a copy of your account record, write to support@visionaryexchange.co.uk.

Terms

A paid Base or Pro seat is required to use the trading terminal. Visionary Exchange is a software workstation, not a broker-dealer: orders are routed through venues you connect with your own credentials. You must acknowledge the NFA-style disclaimer before connecting a broker or placing an order. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled in the billing portal. Unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to extract engine or broker secrets are prohibited.
